Who We Are
She Is Empowered is a transformative movement and community created to uplift, equip, and inspire women to reclaim their power, walk boldly in their purpose, and live unapologetically whole.
Founded by Sophonna Sheppard. Sophonna is an author, life coach, and visionary leader. She Is Empowered creates safe, sacred spaces where women can heal, grow, and rise together. Through life coaching programs, workshops, empowerment events, affirmation tools, and community initiatives, the brand is dedicated to nurturing confidence, resilience, and sisterhood.
At its core, She Is Empowered believes that every woman carries within her the power to overcome, transform, and lead. When one woman rises, she creates space for others to rise with her.
My Story
I started She Is Empowered as a way to share my experiences and motivate others to pursue their passions. I wanted to create a safe space for women to share their experiences and connect with other like-minded women. Now, I want to help others do the same.
My Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower women to rediscover their voice, rebuild their confidence, and walk boldly in their purpose by providing transformative tools, supportive community, and life-changing experiences rooted in healing, growth, and sisterhood.
